All Vaisselle pieces are handmade and hand painted in Andalusia, South of Spain, by a family of artisans.
They use traditional techniques of craftsmanship, meaning the environmental footprint is intrinsically small. Our ceramics are made from local clay and decorated with lead free paints and natural pigments.
We produce small quantities, the kiln is on only if totally full, and all the pieces are dried in the sun. It’s a slow process but it is worth it
